Intrauterine insemination (IUI) places prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation. The goal is to improve 1) timing and 2) good-quality sperm delivery, while keeping treatment simpler and more cost-effective than IVF.

How we run an IUI cycle at Aurea?
Cycle planning & monitoring
Your cycle is monitored using ultrasound and hormone testing. Medications may be used when clinically indicated. AI-guided timing tools help support ovulation prediction, while your physician determines the final timing plan.

Physician-performed procedure
Prepared sperm is gently placed into the uterus by a physician at the optimal time in the cycle.
In-house sperm testing & preparation
Advanced AI-powered semen analysis. Semen preparation is performed in-house by our laboratory team to optimize motility and concentration before insemination. Zymot kit could be used to select the best sperm for insemination.
When IUI may be considered
1. When ovulation is unpredictable
Ovulation induction can be supported with medication

Unexplained infertility is being evaluated and you have open fallopian tube(s)
