What are the IVF Refund Program Terms and Conditions?

The program fee is paid in full before the first stimulation cycle begins and no refund is given if any of the cycles are indeed successful.A patient enrolls in either a treatment package or the Refund Program — never both.All embryos from one retrieval must be transferred before the next retrieval is performed.The program concludes at live birth. No refund is due once a live birth is achieved, regardless of how many cycles were used.If all three retrievals are completed and all resulting embryos transferred without a live birth, the refund is issued within 60 days of the final transfer outcome.If you leave the program before completing it, everything you have already received is charged at our standard single-service prices. Whatever is left of your program fee is refunded to you.Treatment protocols are identical for patients enrolled in the program and patients who are not. Enrollment does not change stimulation approach, the number of embryos transferred, or any clinical decision.The program does not guarantee pregnancy or delivery. It defines a financial outcome, not a clinical one.Program terms are governed by a separate signed agreement provided before enrollment. The standard three-month refund window that applies to single services does not apply to this program.

How the Aphrodite Kit pathways work?

The Aphrodite Kit is not an add-on to a standard IVF cycle. It represents two separate treatment pathways, each chosen instead of standard IVF rather than alongside it.At-Home IVF — $1,450 per cycle. An alternative to standard laboratory IVF. Retrieval is performed at Aurea; you attend on the day of retrieval and the clinical services provided that day are billed separately from the kit fee.Timed Intercourse Kit — $250 for one month, $650 for three. For patients conceiving through timed intercourse, without IVF. No retrieval and no laboratory cycle.
